Michael Bibi’s philanthropy clearly didn’t end at his six-figure donation following One Life London. The UK DJ and producer surprised clubbers with a performance at Beachouse Ibiza last week, donating €56,021 in donations solicited at the door during the spontaneous stunt to White Isle cancer charity APAAC.
APAAC — whose full Spanish name translates to Pitiusa Association for Cancer Support — raises money to offer therapy, social care, consulting, and physical therapy to people undergoing treatment for cancer in Ibiza and Formentera at no cost to them. The organization’s impact report states that hundreds of individuals benefited from these initiatives in 2023 alone.
“I’ve always had a thing for last-minute shows in Ibiza,” reads a statement from Bibi. “There’s something special about the chaos and spontaneity of it all. But this time, instead of an after-party, I wanted to channel that energy into something with meaning.”
